Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will replace the item or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
