Introduction

Dads Against Predators welcomes information, stories, media, and other materials submitted by members of the public that may further our mission of protecting children, supporting victims, and raising awareness.

This policy explains how submissions are handled and what you agree to when submitting any content to DadsAgainstPredators.com.

What You May Submit

You may submit content including, but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Photographs

  • Investigation footage

  • Chat logs

  • Screenshots

  • Written stories

  • News articles

  • Public records

  • Educational materials

  • Tips

  • Other supporting documentation

Submitting content does not guarantee publication, investigation, response, or acknowledgment.

Ownership

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content, or

  • You have the legal right and authority to submit it.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal interests.

License Granted to DAP

By submitting content, you grant Dads Against Predators, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:

  • Review your submission

  • Store your submission

  • Copy your submission

  • Edit your submission

  • Modify your submission

  • Publish your submission

  • Display your submission

  • Reproduce your submission

  • Distribute your submission

  • Include your submission in videos, documentaries, articles, podcasts, educational materials, promotional materials, social media content, and future DAP productions.

This license is granted without expectation of compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Obligation to Publish

DAP is under no obligation to:

  • Publish submitted content

  • Respond to submissions

  • Investigate submitted information

  • Return submitted materials

  • Explain editorial decisions

Publication decisions remain solely within DAP's discretion.

Editorial Rights

DAP reserves the right to:

  • Edit submissions

  • Shorten submissions

  • Combine submissions

  • Blur identifying information

  • Remove portions of submissions

  • Add narration

  • Add graphics

  • Add commentary

  • Decline publication entirely

Accuracy

By submitting content, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to knowingly submit:

  • False information

  • Misleading information

  • Fabricated evidence

  • Altered evidence presented as authentic

  • Fraudulent claims

Privacy

Do not submit:

  • Children's personal information

  • Medical records

  • Private financial information

  • Information protected by court order

  • Material you are prohibited by law from sharing

DAP reserves the right to remove or redact sensitive information.

Law Enforcement Information

Submitting information to DAP does not create an obligation for DAP to:

  • Notify law enforcement

  • Contact law enforcement

  • Investigate

  • Preserve evidence

  • Respond to emergencies

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

Compensation

Unless expressly agreed in writing, content submissions are voluntary.

Submission of content does not create:

  • Employment

  • Partnership

  • Agency

  • Joint venture

  • Compensation rights

  • Royalty rights

DAP is not obligated to compensate contributors for submitted materials.

Third-Party Rights

You agree that your submission does not violate:

  • Copyright

  • Trademark

  • Privacy rights

  • Contractual obligations

  • Court orders

  • Applicable law

You accept responsibility for any rights associated with your submission.

Removal Requests

DAP may, but is not obligated to, consider requests to remove previously submitted content.

Editorial decisions remain solely within DAP's discretion.

Reservation of Rights

DAP reserves the right to:

  • Decline submissions

  • Remove submissions

  • Archive submissions

  • Preserve submissions for legal purposes

  • Cooperate with lawful requests from government agencies and courts when required by applicable law
