Our Commitment

Thank you for supporting Dads Against Predators.

Every membership, merchandise purchase, and contribution helps support the continued mission of protecting children, producing educational content, and expanding the impact of DAP Cares.

This policy explains how memberships, merchandise purchases, refunds, and charitable support are handled.

DAP Premium Membership

DAP Premium is a recurring subscription that provides members with access to exclusive content and features available through DadsAgainstPredators.com.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Premium video library

  • DAP Archive

  • DAP Originals

  • Educational series

  • Community access

  • Joshua's Blog

  • Livestreams

  • Early access content

  • Additional Premium features introduced over time

Membership offerings may change as the platform evolves.

Subscription Billing

Premium memberships automatically renew using the payment method provided during checkout.

Your subscription will continue until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund previously billed subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Membership Refunds

Because Premium Membership provides immediate access to digital content, membership fees are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.

Refund decisions remain at DAP's discretion except where otherwise required by law.

Merchandise

DAP merchandise is produced specifically for each order.

Because many products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference

  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your merchandise arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items should generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Whenever possible, include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we will work with our fulfillment partner to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion and in accordance with our fulfillment partner's policies.

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Production schedules

  • Shipping carrier

  • Destination

  • Weather

  • Holidays

Estimated shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes

Once production begins, orders may no longer be modified or canceled.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

DAP Cares

DAP Cares is the charitable foundation supporting victims, organizations serving survivors, educational initiatives, and community programs.

Each month, Dads Against Predators donates a portion of proceeds generated through DadsAgainstPredators.com to support the ongoing charitable mission of DAP Cares.

DAP Cares determines how charitable funds are distributed in furtherance of its mission, including supporting victims, organizations, educational initiatives, emergency assistance, and other charitable programs.

Purchasing merchandise or a Premium Membership does not constitute a charitable donation unless expressly stated.

Direct Donations

Visitors may choose to make direct contributions to DAP Cares when available.

Direct donations are used to further the charitable mission of DAP Cares.

Subject to applicable law and the organization's tax status, direct charitable donations may be tax-deductible.

Please consult your tax advisor regarding your individual circumstances.

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

DAP reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Update pricing

  • Offer promotions

  • Modify discounts

  • Discontinue products without prior notice.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, DAP may offer:

  • Promotional pricing

  • Giveaways

  • Limited-time offers

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Chargebacks

If you believe your account has been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of Website access.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping and fulfillment partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
