By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. OUR MISSION

Dads Against Predators exists to educate the public, raise awareness about online child exploitation, support victims and organizations serving victims, produce educational and documentary media, and provide a platform for lawful discussion surrounding child safety.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as encouraging unlawful activity, vigilantism, harassment, violence, or interference with law enforcement investigations.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

  • Your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Additional premium features introduced over time

DAP reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for previously billed subscription periods.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

DAP does not store complete payment card information.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges associated with your membership or purchases.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of Premium access.

7. MERCHANDISE

The Website may offer apparel and merchandise.

Product availability, pricing, colors, sizing, and descriptions may change without notice.

Certain merchandise is produced on demand.

Because many products are custom printed, returns and exchanges may be limited as described in our Refund Policy.

8. DAP CARES

DAP Cares is a separate charitable initiative supporting victims, organizations, educational efforts, and community programs.

DAP Premium memberships and merchandise purchases may contribute to DAP Cares as determined by DAP.

Unless specifically identified otherwise, purchases made through this Website are not charitable donations and should not be interpreted as tax-deductible contributions.

Separate direct donations made to DAP Cares may be eligible for tax treatment subject to applicable law.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use this Website responsibly.

  • discussions

  • usernames

  • media

  • accounts

​for any reason consistent with maintaining a safe, respectful community.

Removal decisions are final.

11. NO VIGILANTISM

One of DAP's core principles is encouraging lawful conduct.

The Website does not encourage users to:

  • conduct predator investigations

  • confront suspected offenders

  • threaten individuals

  • stalk anyone

  • trespass

  • impersonate law enforcement

  • interfere with police investigations

  • harass suspects

  • publish personal information

  • take justice into their own hands

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency or emergency services.

DAP encourages lawful reporting—not unlawful confrontation.
